9:30 am : Protein Scoop + one walnut + 4 Almond + 4 Cashew + some raisins 

11:00 am : "Tempen" an Indonesian traditional food Consist of soya bean. Replace it with Soyabean, Fresh Panner.

1:00 pm : Small Meal 1 banana or 1 apple or Protein Scoop or Yogurt 

4:00 pm : Last meal mainly Home Cooked Food includes 2 Chapattis , Salad, Vegetable, Lentils, Curd

6:00 am : Protein Scoop

How does the body actually burn fat?

So the answer is intaking less calories and burning more calories. That means, if your daily calorie intake is 1800 and your body burns 1600 calories daily, then you will become obese in no time — this Situation is called Calories Excess . And if it is opposite, it means you are going to become fat-free soon — it is Called as Calorie Deficit. So you must have to keep track of how many calories you consume and how much you burn in a day.

In the Video he emphasized the contamination of Carbs, Protein or Fat in the Diet. He told that generally people's diet consists of Carbs 40%, Fat 40% and Protein 20%. But for a well built physique, the diet should contain fat 20%, protein 40-45% or Carbs 30-35%.
