Oklahoma : Severe Tornado Alert, while Excessive Heatwave Alert in Texas

On one side, "Severe Tornado" is raging in Oklahoma, while on the other side, "Scorching Heat" is prevailing in South Texas and Florida Gulf. Cobb told, the tornado is moving towards Valley View at a speed of 64 km per hour, as soon as the information was received, the...." 

Severe Tornado Alert in "Oklahoma" and adjacent County 

"Severe Stormy" Weather due to tornado, stormy weathers could move toward the east during the end of the week on Memorial Day. And Because of this, there is a possibility of heavy rain and blustery winds. As a result, there could be a delay in the Indianapolis 500 auto race in Indiana on Sunday, "Severe Storms" conditions could develop in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kentucky.
  
Moving at a Speed of 64 Kmph 

Cobb told that the tornado is moving towards Valley View at a speed of 64 km per hour, as soon as the information was received, the National Meteorological Service has issued a tornado alert for Denton County.

Massive Destruction : Damaged Homes and.... 

Cobb told that many houses were damaged due to the storm and the Motorhome Overturned. Along with this, there was heavy rain and Lighting Struck in many adjoining areas including Sanger, Pilot Point, Ray Robert Lake and Isle du Bois State park. Cobb said the exact number of casualties in the impacted counties is not yet known.

"A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee until 10 AM CDT" 

Alert for Northern Nobel and Southern...

The National Weather Service said in a a statement via Social Media, Platform X (formerly known as Twitter) that this tornado warning is for areas located on north of Oklahoma City — Northern Nobel and Southern Kay counties. A post said, 

 "If you are in the path of this storm take cover now!” 

Storm Could Bring large hail, Dangerous....

Forecasters warned that any storm that does come could bring large hail, dangerous winds and tornadoes. The Weather Center on Saturday compared this scenario to “a gasoline-soaked brush pile.”

Weather Centre Reported that. 

"There’s a small chance most of the matches are duds and we only see a few storms today. Still, that’s not a match I would want to play with. It only takes one storm to be impactful,” the Weather Centre Reported via Facebook.

Severe storms in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri

The storm system causing the severe weather was expected to move east as the Memorial Day weekend continues, bringing rain that could delay the Indianapolis 500 auto race Sunday in Indiana and more severe storms in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Kentucky. 

"Isolated instance of Flash Flooding will be Possible this afternoon and into the evening from slow-moving supercell Thunderstorms." 


Excessive Heatwave Alert in South Texas, Florida & Adjoining County 


Zack Taylor, Hottest day on Record 

National Weather Service expert meteorologist Zack Taylor said Sunday will be the "hottest day" on record, and according to the prediction, temperatures are expected to be high in late May in Austin, Brownsville, Dallas and San Antonio. He also said that, the region is at the northern edge of a heat dome that extends from Mexico to South America. 

"Speeding or uncontrollable fires,”

"We’ve got very dry air, warm temperatures and strong winds creating a high fire danger over a wide area ... that can lead to rapidly spreading or uncontrollable fires,” Taylor said.

The Weather Centre Issued Warning

The post published by the NWS Prediction Centre mentioned that, "The latest on the significant early season heatwave impacting parts of the Gulf Coast. Dangerous heat will continue through Memorial Day, so take extra precautions if you plan on spending time outdoors this weekend."

"Highest" Impact of Heat will be in South Texas 

According to the NWS Prediction Centre, the "highest" of the extreme heat will be felt in South Texas, with temperatures likely to exceed 115° Fahrenheit. "Heat impact is likely to be highest in south Texas, where heat index reading approaching or exceeding 115 degrees are expected." 

"Dangerous" Heatwave to intense in..."

"Dangerous" early Season Healtwave,  the heatwave will occur in South Texas, this heatwave will become even more intense in South Florida. Moreover, there will be "little to no relief" in the overnight temperatures also. "A dangerous early season heatwave will continue over South Texas and intensify in south Florida through Memorial Day. Record war Overnight Temperature in these areas will provide little to no relief to those without adequately or reliable cooling."   

Havoc of Heatwave will also be on Boarder Gulf 

According to the latest update, the havoc of Heatwaves will also be seen in the Border Gulf region. 

"The Heat wave will also Affect the Boarder Gulf cost region over the Holiday weakend. Although temperature and heat index reading may be lower than south Texas in other areas the heat can still be dangerous to those spending lot of time outdoors without adequate precautions."

Citizens are Advised to Stay Indoors and... 

During the heatwave, people were advised to stay indoors, drink plenty of water, or go to a cooling centre. " Drink Plenty of water and avoid alcohol wear Lightweight Clothing and take regular breaks indoors or in the shade. 

Advised to Spend time in Cooling Centre

He further added, "Check local media and Government websites for cooling centres location and Hours. Some relief will reach the gult coast after memorial day with a Cold Front."
