The United States recently signed a deal to purchase 81 "obsolete" and "unused" aircraft from Kazakhstan.

According to multiple reports, the total price of Soviet Era Airplanes acquiring by US is $2.26 Million. Hence, the price of each Combat Aircraft was estimated to be approximately $19300.

Prior to this on February 2023 US Secretary Anthony Blinken Visited Kazakhstan and said that, "develop the strongest possible capacities for their own security, their growing economic prosperity, and the strength and resilience of their societies.”
