Banshidhar Tobacco Company a leading brand in Tobacco and pan Masala Industry in India, is now caught in the clutches of Income Tax Department raids. 

During the raid, Rs 4.5 crores were recovered from Shivam Mishra's house along with several luxury vehicles and many essential documents.

Shivam Mishra lives in Vasant Vihar, Delhi and his house was raided by the Income Tax Department in which Rolls Royce, Lamborghini Urus was taken from his house, the current value of which is Rs 3 crore.

MCLaren, a Porsche and a Ferrari 812GTS along with several documents and cash worth Rs 4.5 crore were recovered. In total, luxury cars worth Rs 50 crore were recovered from his house, which also included a Porsche worth Rs 16 crore.

20 Teams are Deployed to Conduct Raid on Multiple Properties 

20 teams of income tax department raided several locations of Shivam Mishra and Banshidhar Tobacco Company.

Shivam Mishra has illegal properties in many states and cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat.

It is being told that this black business of Shivam Mishra is ancestral, that is, it has been going on for many decades.

According to the income tax department, Shivam Mishra has committed tax evasion, apart from this he has also violated GST rules. According to sources, a big gap was seen in the declared income and actual turnover of Shivam Mishr, which shows how much black money he has. Shivam Mishra's declared income is Rs 20-30 crore and his actual turnover is Rs 100-120 crore.
