Nodoubt that this video is very critical and people gave their critical response on it, one user said that, "Sue them and claim compensation". Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) also responded to this video by tweeting in reply said that, " The Concerned Food Safety team @AFCGHMC have been alerted on this issue and the same will be resolved at the earliest."
One user gave a different review and tweeted that " On a lighter note that worm if consumed will have better nutrition than chocolate, who knows that is the strategy of the company."
Recently a representative from Cadbury came to Robin's house and investigated the whole matter and found that there were worms in the dairy milk. Robin tweeted on his Twitter handle,
