Malayalam Actor Nivin Pauly and Filmmakers DENY 'Gangrape' Allegations as 'Entirely Untrue'

Gang-rape Case Has been Registered against Nivin Pauly and 5 More Filmmakers....The Women Alleged that she was Physically Abused by them in a Hotel in Dubai, she was given DRUGS and captivated in a room for three days.....

A rape case was registered on Tuesday, victim have accused Malayalam film industry's well-known actor Nivin Pauly of rape. 

Nivin is not only an actor but also a director, women claim that actor Nivin Pauly sexually abused them last year in a Dubai hotel and also promised him to give a role in a film — although Pauly has 'DENIED' all these allegations.

Nivin Pauly Denied Rape Allegations by Calling them "Entirely Untrue" 

Pauly in gave his clarification on this critical case and called all these allegations "baseless" and "untrue". Nivin has also clarified in his Instagram post that he is "Determined" to will prove all these allegations false.

“I have come across a false news report accusing me of abusing a girl. Please know that this is entirely untrue." 

"I’m determined to go to any extent to prove these allegations are baseless and will take all necessary steps to bring those responsible to light. Thank you for your concern. The rest will be handled legally,”

The rape case against Malayalam actor Nivin has been filed by a woman living in Ernakulam District.  She has also included the names of five other persons in her complaint, including a film producer, Nivin is Sixth among the Accused. 

"Gangrape" Case Registered against Nivin Pauly and 5 Other Filmmakers and Producers

Since the woman had filed the rape complaint against a total of 6 people, the police had registered a case under several sections of the IPC, which also included section 376 (rape) of the IPC. The woman filed the case almost 10 months later, as per the woman's claim this incident is of November 2023.

A middle-aged woman, who chose to remain anonymous, has made the allegations. The women have accused Nivin and five others of gang rape. She also claimed that she was kept Captivated in a room without basic necessities for three days and were also given drugs.

The woman stated, "When I went to a hotel for an interview, I was physically abused. They locked me in a room near theirs for three days without food or water, giving me only drug-laced water." 

"They threatened to kill my husband and son. Nivin Pauly and his group forcibly took my phone, which is why they claim there is no evidence (sic)." She Further added. 

Special Investigation Team is to be introduced to Investigate this Matter 

The women who complained, told about a situation and said that when she first reported it to the police, she did not have enough evidence and for this she had to face threats from many law-breaking people. But after all this she was completely determined. 

'I don't have a group behind me, I'm alone. I am sure to get justice. So far, the special investigation team has not contacted me. Will fight till justice is obtained,' she said as per keralakaumudi. 

Looking at the exploitation and sexual harassment cases against several actors and directors, the state government Announced on August 25 to create a Special Investigation in order to investigate this matter further. 

After the release of Hema Committee's report, the victim woman informed complained to the Special Investigation Team (SIT).
