"Ek raat rukne ka kya logi" SpiceJet Staff Employee Slapped CISF Employee In Jaipur Airport
During the screening procedure at Jaipur Airport, a Spice Jet staff employee slapped a CISF personnel in front of everyone. The female alleged that the CISF personnel once spoke abusively to her and asked her, "How much money will you charge for a night (Ek raat rukne ka kya logi)".
Jaipur, India : Recently an incident occurred at Jaipur Airport in which a Spicejet Staff Officer slapped a CISF Sub Inspector Personnel in front of everyone. The Space Jet Staff Officer claims that the CISF Officer sexually harassed her, when she came to know about it she had to take such action.
SpiceJet Staff Employee accused CISF Personnel of "Sexual Harassment"
Female Spice Jet Officer accused CISF officer Giriraj Prasad of sexual harassment and said that he called him from his duty on 11 July and gave him offer to stay for one night. "I report for duty at the same time. Like every day, at 4:30 am on 11th July, I was doing my work when ASI Giriraj Prasad came and said, ‘Give us a chance to take care of you (Humey bhi apna seva-paani ka mauka do)’. Then, when I asked him to call a lady constable for frisking. He again said, 'How much money will you charge for a night (Ek raat rukne ka kya logi)',"
"He said, 'Listen to me, you'll feel better. Your work will get done quickly.' I told him that I would file a police complaint against you to which he said 'You can't do anything to me. I have seen a lot of women like you, I'll get you fired.'
The video has come into limelight, Giriraj Parsad Filed Lawsuit Against the Spice Jet Staff Employee
Giriraj alleged that during the "security screening procedure" at Jaipur airport, a female employee slapped him. This incident happened 3 days ago but it came into limelight now when a video went viral in which a female employee slapped a CISF ASI personnel at Jaipur airport.Anuradha Rani is food supervisor at SpiceJet.

She was entering airport through “vehicle gate”.
CISF ASI Giriraj Prasad stopped her.

As soon as this incident happened, CISF personnel Giriraj Prasad filed complaints against the Spicejet staff after which the police arrested the female employee. Speaking To ANI Advocate Deepak Chouhan marked,
"The SpiceJet employee has been arrested. She was sexually harassed by the CISF ASI at Jaipur Airport. Abusive words were used against her, which caused her to lose her cool and slap the CISF officer. This was her natural response to the incident,"
"Unfortunate Incident....serious case of sexual harassment" marked Spicejet
Spice Jet Marked this as "unfortunate incident". The stand of Spicejet Airlines on this incident is clear and from the statement it is clear that Spicejet is in favor of female employees.
Spicejet is strictly against any employee working for it speaking such abusive language against his staff or any woman. The Company marked "We stand firmly by our employee and are committed to providing her with full support."
A SpiceJet spokesperson said that the Female Staff , "was subjected to inappropriate and unacceptable language by the CISF personnel, including asking her to come and meet him after his duty hours at his home."
Spice Jet has its female employees and will not tolerate any such "sexual harassment". Spice Jet is fully prepared to take strict action against it, "SpiceJet is taking immediate legal action in this serious case of sexual harassment against its female employee and has approached the local police."
"no inappropriate behavior" CISF Narpat Singh dismissed Spicejet's Allegations
Giriraj Prasad's companion and CISF commander Narpat Singh refused all the claims of Spice Jet and said "There was no inappropriate behavior by the officer." Prasad was doing his work. We have filed a complaint against the Female Employee for "slapping an on-duty official and the rest of the matter will be dealt with as per norms."
