50-Years-Old US Women Found Tied on Tree with Iron Chain in Sindhudurg Maharashtra

On Saturday morning a 50 years old woman was found hanging from a tree with an iron Rope in Sindhudurg. The condition of the woman is being described as very serious. The woman claimed that she had not eaten anything for 40 days – became a victim of Domestic Violence.

A very painful incident has happened in Sindhudurg of Maharashtra, the victim of this painful incident was a woman living in the United States. On Saturday, a 50 year old American woman was found hanging on a tree in the jungle in Sindhudurg of Maharashtra. 

When the locals from the jungle heard the woman's screams, all the people went near that tree and then the local people rescued the woman.

On this the police official gave his statement, according to which it can be said that the condition of the woman is very serious and she is not in the Condition to give any Statement right now. Even after such a terrible treatment was given to the woman, no FIR has been lodged in this case, but the police has assured that they are investigating the matter further.

"The woman is not in a position to give her statement. The woman is weak as she has not eaten anything for a couple of days and also as the area experienced heavy rains. We don't know for how long she was tied to that tree. She reportedly left her husband after a quarrel," 

50-year-old US Originated Women Became a Victim Of Domestic Violence

When the rescue people informed the police about this matter, the police started their investigation and found out that the name of this 50 year old woman is Lalita Kayi Kumar. 

She correctly lives in Tamil Nadu but she originally belongs to the United States. It was found in investigation that the woman had a fight with her husband, after which her husband tied her leg from the tree in Sindhudurg. 

On Saturday the woman's scream was first heard by a cowherd of Sunuri Village, he reached the spot and saw that a pair of women were tied with a chain on the tree. The Police also added, 

"Considering her mental and health condition, she was moved to Goa Medical College for advanced treatment. She is out of danger. Doctors treating her said she suffers from psychiatric problems. We have found medical prescriptions in her possession," 

The woman was rescued, her condition was very serious. After which she was immediately given primary aid at Sindhudurg's Sawantwadi taluka Health Centre. After, which she was referred to Sindhudurg's Oros for further Advance Medical treatment.

Doctors Claim: The Woman is  Suffering from Psychic Problem 

Doctors immediately started the treatment of the 50 year old woman. Doctors told that the treatment cannot be done in this condition because she has psychiatric problems. Police had to investigate the matter and for this police took the help of writing, the woman was asked to write her entire statement on paper. 

She wrote everything on the paper, from her health condition to Domestic Violence. In which she told that she had a fight with her husband, after which her Husband tied her on the tree with a chain, the woman also highlighted that she has not eaten anything for 40 days.
