Travis Scott Arrested for "Trespassing, Disorderly Intoxication" in Miami

The police claimed that when the officer went to talk to Travis began yelling "becoming erratic, disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby....."

Singer and Rapper Travis Scott Arrested for "Trespassing, Disorderly Intoxication" 

On Thursday, police arrested Travis for entering a ship without permission on the Miami Beach and talking obscenely after drinking alcohol. 

Miami Police arrested American famous songwriter and rapper Travis Scott after he screamed loudly on Miami Beach in Florida State of United States.

An officer found singer Travis Scooty screaming on a yacht in Miami Beach and claimed that he "could sense a strong smell of alcohol coming from the defendant’s breath,”.

33, Travis Scott was Shouting loudly on the Ship 

According to the report, after shouting loudly, the officers took singer Travis to the backward side below the dock where Travis was shouting from behind and talking obscene things.

The police claimed that when the officer went to talk to Travis began yelling "becoming erratic, disturbing the peace of the occupants of the marina and nearby residential buildings causing a public disturbance. Authorities claimed, 

“Throughout the long walk from the vessel to the boardwalk, the defendant walked backwards yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel,”

Police said after arresting 33-year-old Travis Scott that Travis had “admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated ‘It’s Miami". The complainant told that they did not want to put any direct allegation on Travis but they wanted Singer Travis Scott to get off the vessel.

Even after this incident and arrest, it seems that Travis is not serious about this at all, rather he is taking it as a joke. After the arrest, Travis shared a tweet on his Twitter handle in which he wrote the word "LOL". Now whether it means "Laughing out Loud" or something else — Only singer Travis knows.

Travis' legal representative said it was just "misunderstanding."

"Mr. Scott was briefly detained due to a misunderstanding," Mr Scott's legal representative Bradford Cohen marked. "There was absolutely no physical altercation involved, and we thank the authorities for working with us towards a swift and amicable resolution.”

Later, 33 Travis Scott announced the launch of Project "HEAL" a "multi-tier initiative dedicated to addressing challenges facing today's youth, especially those from marginalized and at-risk communities."
