Multinational Company Realiance Jio is Experiencing Major Outrage 

Multinational Networking Company and India's Largest Network Company Reliance Jio is Experiencing Major User Outrage — Is Reliance not providing proper facilities to people after being introduced as the World's Cheapest Network? If not, then what could be the reason that users are outraging the cheapest network provider Reliance to a great extent.

Several users of Reliance Jio are facing mobile network problems due to which people are actually disconnecting Jio. Jio users are facing network problems while using popular social media platforms like WhatsApp, Snapchat, YouTube, Google and other platforms.

Jio's outrage is being "Spotlighted" when many complaints have been received from users against the Jio network in which 54% complaints are related to mobile network issue, 38% complaints are related to disruption of Jio fibers and 7% complaints are related to mobile network problem.

2300 Complaints in Just 1 Hours 

Complaints against Jio are seen increasing continuously. At 1:41 PM 2300 complaints were registered, then slowly this reduced within 1 hour but then after increasing again gradually the number of complaints became 1900 at 2:11 PM.

Jio users are Unable to Use WhatsApp, Instagram...

According to the Outrage Trackings Platform, these complaints are coming against Jio because Jio is facing a lot of networking issues on social media platforms due to which Jio users are unable to run platforms like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google properly. 

Actually, this problem is coming from across India, but most complaints are received in Indian cities like Lucknow, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow, Ranchi, Kolkata, Cuttack, Nagpur, Surat, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Guwahati. 

As of Now, Jio has not Given any Official Statement 

Although the news of Jio's outage is in the "spotlight" these days, but till now Jio has not given any official statement regarding this problem nor has the root cause of this problem of Jio been clear yet. At this time, affected customers can be advised to be patient and keep an eye on Jio official channel for further updates. 

What Jio users are reacting to this Major outrage ? 

"Jio will send you 50 irrelevant messages a day and alert you 5 days early that your plan is about to expire. But when their service is down across India and everyone is confused, they don’t even send a single SMS." a Twitter User Aaraynsh Wrote. "It's getting worse day by day... I guess they wants to promote Jio Air fiber over earlier one... And the. Same thing will happen when they bring satellite based Internet service" another user Commented on the above Post.

A user tweeted calling Jio Fiber's Speed Ping "Superrrr bad" and said, "Its been just a month using jio fiber and the service speed ping everything is superrrr bad. Nobody listens to this, ignoring all the calls. @reliancejio @JioCare please fix the problem or i will have to throw this box from 22nd floor :) THANKS!!"
 
"It's been more than 58 hrs since there's an outrage of jio fiber All I have been hearing from the past 2 days is that there's a temporary issue in the service and it will be resolved in 4 hrs Apparently you guys don't know how much exactly is 4 hrs Get it resolved asap" another User Jash Mehta Shared their Problem.
