President Raisi Had gone to Inaugurate..
This incident happened when President Raisi had gone to inaugurate Qiz Qalasi dam in the Eastern Province of Azerbaijan. This dam is the third dam built by both the neighbouring nations on the Aras river. According to State News Agency IRNA, the Helicopter carrying Raisi and Foreign Minister, that was a US Made 212 Bell Helicopter.
