Iranian President Dr Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi is on a visit to Pakistan on 22 April. Pakistan's Foreign Ministry posted pictures of his warm welcome on its Twitter handle, in which Ibrahim Raisi's wife Jamileh Alamolhoda was also seen. And apart from this, President Ibrahim has also brought with him a high level cabinet for administration work.
Warm Welcome by CM Maryam Nawaz
On January 22, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi along with his wife reached Lahore airport, Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz warmly welcomed them. After this, they visited Iqbal's Mausoleum. Ibrahim Raisi has come to Pakistan on a 3-day tour, on 22 April it was Earth Day and on this occasion he planted trees on Pakistani Residence along with Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaaz Sharif.
Top-Tier Security
Let us tell you that the Iranian President is coming at a time when a very tense situation is going on between Iran and its neighboring country Israel, just 2 months ago there was a war between Israel and Iran in which more than 300 missiles including drones were fired. Apart from this, at present Iran's relations with America are also not going very well, hence full security and high level safety is being provided during the visit of Iranian President Raisi.
Strengthening International Relation
However, the main objective of this tour is to strengthen the relationship between Pakistan and Israel which has been going on for years and also it will provide economic support to Pakistan in a way. During the visit, President Raisi will finalize many agreements with Pakistan, one of which is Memorandum of Understanding, which only requires signature.
Apart from this, Iranian President Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi also participated in the joint conference held in Islamabad. In which many Senior Officials, Ministers along with PM Shehbaaz Sharif participated. In the speech, Raisi announced that Iran resolves to take the volume of its investment in Pakistan to $10 billion in the next five years.
Investments of upto $10 Billion in next Five Years
In a post in Twitter the foreign Ministry Said, "The two leaders discussed the entire range of bilateral relations and exchanged views on important regional and global developments.
Underscoring the rich history of relations between Pakistan and Iran, the two leaders reaffirmed commitment to expand wide-ranging bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of trade, energy, connectivity, culture and people-to-people contacts. Both sides agreed to increase the volume of bilateral trade to 10 billions U.S. Dollars in next five years."
Visited "Iran Avenue" in Islamabad
Apart from this, Shehbaaz Sharif and Iranian President Raisi also participated in the program of changing the name of an already built avenue in Islamabad to Iran Avenue, the picture of which was shared by Pakistan's Foreign Ministry on its Twitter handle.
During the visit, Raisi and Prime Ministers Shehbaaz Sharif along with the Cabinet Ministry will visit Pakistani administration in Lahore and Karachi. And will also meet up with Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Senate Speaker Yusuf Raza.
Jamileh Alamolhoda prayer for Bright....
On the other hand, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi's wife Jamileh Alamolhoda will also visit many places in Pakistan. Recently she went to Pakistan Sweet Home Center. Where Aseefa Bhutto welcomed them with warm enthusiasm and during his speech she thanked the Pakistani Government for providing proper nutrition and good shelter to the orphan children, besides this he expressed sympathy for the children of Palestine especially Gaza. Also prayed for a bright and safe future for the children of Pakistan.
