Incredible Box Office Collection 


This huge world wide grossing of the movie was confirmed on the same day when the movie collected 20.9% box office of its budget in its first day release. On 2nd day movie collected 6.25 crore, 7.75 crore on 3rd day, 8.7 crore on day 4 and 5.4 crore, 4.4 crore on day 5th and 6th, respectively.

 


Aadujeevitham : Grossing of 1st Day 

The movie directed by Blessy, Aadujeevitham has earned Rs 16.7 crore worldwide at the Malayalam box office in its first day. The worldwide telecast of the movie took place on March 28, the Kerala version of Aadujeevitham made a box office collection of Rs 6.5 crore on March 28, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil made a box office collection of Rs 1 crore. In India the movie did a mega box office collection of Rs 9 crore.

On the successful release of the movie, The Goat Life shared its first day box office collection on its Twitter handle.
 

Within a day of the movie's release, the movie got so much popularity that Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life could become the biggest hit movie of the year in the Malayalam film industry.


Based on a Malayalam Novel 

Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life movie is based on a famous Malayalam novel Aadujeevitham, this novel became the best selling novel of 2008 in Malayalam, which shows the life of a Goat-herd, both the novel and the movie are based on the true story.

A Glimpse of : Aadujeevitham the Goat life 

There is a man named Najeeb who is shown in the form of a goat-herd in an isolated field in Saudi Arabia. Najeeb is a Malayali immigrant laborer in Saudi Arabia.

Directed by Blessy, Jimmy-Jean-Louis, Stevenadams and KG Abraham. Music by AR Rahman in the movie, Malayalam film industry's famous and popular actor, Prithviraj Suryakumaran has been given the lead role of Najeeb — along with him Amala Paul has played the role of Najeeb's wife Sainu, the role of Najeeb's mother Ummah played by Sobha Mohan. 

Apart from this there are some foreign actors in the movie like Jimmy Jean Louis who played the important role of Ibraham Kadiri, , and Akef Najeem. 

Shooting and Location of Aadujeevitham 

You might be surprised to know that the shooting of Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life movie has been going on before the lockdown, due to the lockdown of Covid 19 pandemic, the shooting had to be postponed for 3 times. Shooting has also been done at 6 locations including Jordan, Wadi Rum, Kerela and Algeria in the scorching heat of the Sahara Desert.

Ragannath Commented "Incredible Credible"

Ragannath Madhavan described the movie as brilliant on Twitter and said, "What an incredible credible film, my dear brother @PrithviOfficial . So proud and in awe of you. Thank you for showing what new edge Indian Cinema is capable....,"

Prithviraj Sukumaran tells in Ani how he decided to play the role of Najeeb, "In 2008, when Blessy first told me about doing this movie, my initial thought was, how do I approach this character? Do I come down and talk to you about who you really are, or do I try to understand the character Najeeb that Benyamin wrote or the Najeeb that Blessy has in his mind? This was the confusion I had.”

He added, "Finally, Blessy and I decided that I should play the Najeeb I visualise in my mind based on the novel and the Najeeb that Blessy visualised. That's the Najeeb you'll see in the movie. There is a big difference."
