ED may send fourth summons to Arvind Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal also refused the third summons of the ED, which was due on January 3.

1st summon on 2 November

Arvind Kejriwal was earlier sent the summon on 2 November, which he refused as "unsustainable in law" and "vague motivated".

2nd summons on 21 November 

On 21 November, a second summons was sent to him. Arvind Kejriwal responded that he is currently going to Hoshiarpur Punjab for Vipassana for 10 days during which he can do any political work.

3rd summons on 3 January

He was asked to appear before the ED on January 3, the third day of the year, but Kejriwal refused the summons and said that the summons sent by the ED "looks like politics" and termed the summons as absurd. 

Arvind kejriwal says "If a legally correct summons comes, I will cooperate fully."

Arvind Kejriwal tweeting on platform "X" says that

 BJP wants to arrest me. My greatest asset is my honesty. These people want to hurt my honesty through fake cases.

We will not bow down to this hooliganism and dictatorship of BJP. Every drop of mine is dedicated to the country. We are honest and will continue to fight this injustice of BJP with all our might."
